Begining of the end of the Kanchi drama?

Just as the Kanchi Shankaracharya's arrest that stunned the nation was getting sidelined in due course, comes the TN High Court's ruling that the Goondas Act on the "accused" was applied "mechanically, without application of mind". I remember my father's comments when the Goondas Act was applied on Sri Sundaresan Iyer that itz ridiculous to call a 70+ year old person a goonda. This just confirmed my doubts on Jayalalithaa having ulterior motives in the whole drama. Hopefully this is the first step in setting the record straight.

However, as I had mused in another blog, who will take to task the police for hoasting cases with improper intentions? Who will bell the cat???

The Hereafter is far better for you than this first.

Comments:
If you think our judiciary system is so efficient, take a look at all the pending cases in our courts, anyway the whole case has been overtly politised and media not daring to show a neutral view, the public like us is left to wonder who is telling the truth.

Thanks for the link, Karthik. To admit frankly that was a surprise - never knew about it before.

Just one small suggestion - if possible reduce the no of outgoing links from your "blogpost". The google page rank takes into consideration the no of outgoing links from each post (inversely proprtional)

Hmm...did not know the Google funda. Thanks for the suggestion!

BTW, I saw ur posts on the Infy. Sad that you were asked not to post pics of Infy campus. Anywayz, keep up the morning (or is it midnight!) coffee servings!
