Arrests, arrests everywhere
While arresting the IIT student for selling porn online is understandable, and in fact the police must be commended for showcasing deftness, arresting the chief of Bazee seems to be heights of foolishness. It diverts, not just the police resources, but also the public interest, from the main case.
It also brings another questions: can the police (or the Govt as the case may be) afford to be trigger-happy? Whether it be the case of the the Bazee chief, or the Shankaracharya. What about the Govt's earlier accusation of ISRO scientists of espionage? Who wud compensate the affected ppl for the loss to their reputation, mental trauma, etc?
To know what is right and not do it is cowardice.
