The colors of politics
The Congress govt is setting a bad precedent by dismissing the BJP appointed governors. There is no doubt that each central govt has brought disrepute to this institution by appointing absolutely political men to this post. This was institutionalised by Congress during itz rule in the first 50 yrs, and Balram Jhakar's appointmentis no different. Vajpayee has respoded appropriately too for this decision.
The severity of the itch is proportional to the reach.
